I learned to approach every assignment from a strategic perspective. I'm as concerned with the message as with the design. Although I've always thought of myself as an art director, I bring more to the party than just a good eye and a pair of hands. Which is why I often write headlines and even body copy. The key is to solve the problem and present it in the most effective way possible.
My experience encompasses a wide range of brand and consumer work. I have a particularly strong resume in the healthcare field, where I have worked for several pharmaceutical agencies as well as in-house at Abbott Labs.
The Finished Product
My skill set includes InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as Dreamweaver and Flash. To me these are tools for expressing concepts. The worlds greatest set of magic markers. I like to absorb as much information and get totally immersed in the problem. Then I go for a run or walk the dog.
